This unit does require a steam source to operate which does not come as part of this unit. Ideal for a factory which already has a source of steam.

Three phase power, with neutral is required to power this unit.
All Stainless Steel construction. 

This has been used in a brewery, but could also be used for fruit juice, milk, wine etc.
