Large Hydraulic Bailing Press

We have one of these available.Hydraulic oil tank is 1.1m x 1.2m x 600mm high (about 800L max tank) the oil level is low but there was enough over the tank outlet so the press could be run up.The large pusher cylinder is about 200-210mm dia bore x 2.7m strokeThe smaller pusher cylinder is about 200-210mm dia bore x 980mm strokeThe main chamber (first stage) is 900mm wide x 700mm high and 2.7m long, it takes about 35 seconds to fully extend the pusher and about 20 seconds to retract fully, the inlet hopper has an opening of 1980mm x 920mmThe exit chamber is 700mm wide x 700mm high and 980mm long, it has an extension section that can be bolted on that is 700mm long, it takes the pusher about 13 seconds to extend and about 7 seconds to retract.The electrical components will need some attention, (We were able to run the individual parts of the system manually to test everything was working on the press and the speed things travelled.) The limit switches for the exit section are not connected so are not working, I would recommend upgrading the old system to something more reliable, It wouldn’t hurt upgrading some of the switch board too. Best to get your electrician to look over this.I estimate the weight around the 4.5 ton mark.
