This is an old model Tripe washer out of a freezing works made by Niven Abattoir Equipment but could be used for washing other things.
The tripe washer is powered by a 3 phase 4kw/5.5hp 1420rpm electric motor.
The stainless steel bowl is 950mm diameter. The opening in the centre is 340mm diameter.
